Services include vehicle tag/title transfers/renewals, license plates, business formations (LLC, trade names, licenses, EIN), passport photos, translations, document printing, and related assistance. By using the Site, booking appointments, submitting forms, or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.
1. Description of Services
We facilitate vehicle and business registrations with Maryland authorities (e.g., MVA/MDOT). We are a licensed private service provider; final approvals/decisions are made by government agencies. Our fees cover facilitation only (separate from government fees).
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
- You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) and provide accurate, complete information.
- You are responsible for vehicle/business eligibility, compliance with Maryland laws, and any required documents.
- Provide truthful details; we are not liable for rejections/delays due to errors or omissions you provide.
3. Fees and Payments
- Our service fees are non-refundable (unless stated). Government fees vary and are paid separately.
- Payments processed via secure third-party providers; their terms apply.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations may incur fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services provided “as is.” We are not liable for: DMV/MVA decisions, processing delays, vehicle/business issues, indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your inaccurate information, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content (text, images) is our property; limited personal use only.
8. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number (e.g., via our website forms, appointment bookings, or in-person services), you consent to receive marketing SMS/text messages from MG TAG, TITLE & BUSINESS SERVICES related to your Services. These may include appointment confirmations, service status updates, registration reminders, required document notifications, and other transactional communications.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs (typically low volume, not recurring promotional messages).
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s rates and plan. We do not charge for these messages, but your carrier may apply fees for sending/receiving texts or data usage, contact your carrier for details on your plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP (or STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT) to any message to unsubscribe from future SMS communications.
